Sorry for the delay however i wanted to make sure i reviewed the issue and sequence of events with the proper technicians as it seemed a little strange that you would not hear the blower motor start but did hear the electronic ignition.
Other possible culprits could be the sail switch being on blower motor problems or the time delay relay switch being closed instead of open.
